My name is Toru Noda, and I was appointed CEO on April 1, 2024.

To adapt to the significant changes in the environment, Solasto must establish a solid management base and drive growth. The source of our strength is derived from our human resources. We welcome and cultivate these talented human resources, provide them with opportunities to succeed, and continue to adapt to the changing environment. Going forward, we will revise our policies and strategies as appropriate in response to the changing environment. We will make full use of limited and precious resources, and work to develop an organization and workforce capable of sustainable growth in the long term.

In an age with a constantly changing environment we need the ability to adapt to change more than ever. Through the business fields in which Solasto is active, we need to contribute to society while improving corporate value. Working with our many stakeholders, our aim is to help solve social issues while achieving sustainable growth.
